Welcome to Solmegle, a blockchain-powered anonymous chat and video communication platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, which govern your use of the decentralized Solmegle application and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Solmegle. By using the service, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Solmegle is designed for adult use only, and minors are strictly prohibited.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree that your use of the platform and any content shared will adhere to community standards and legal requirements. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Share sexual, explicit, or harmful content of any kind.
• Engage in bullying, harassment, hate speech, or threats against other users.
• Use Solmegle for illegal activities, including fraud, scams, or distributing malware.

4. Wallet Integration and Security

Solmegle uses Solana wallets (e.g., Phantom) for user identification and optional token-gated features. We never store private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive wallet information. Your interaction with the Solana blockchain is solely between you and your wallet provider. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

While Solmegle is P2P, we utilize reporting mechanisms and on-chain identity checks to maintain a safe environment. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these guidelines, use inappropriate content, or receive multiple valid reports. Bans are typically enforced via a community-managed blocklist tied to the offending wallet address.

6. No Guaranteed Availability

As a decentralized application (DApp), the platform's availability relies on both the Solana network and individual user connections. The platform may experience temporary downtime, scheduled maintenance, or network disruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any losses due to service unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solmegle is a provider of the underlying software only and is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users. You acknowledge that you communicate and interact with other users at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solmegle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our service or regulatory requirements. We will notify users of significant changes.
